Terms of Use for Zevdor Pause

By downloading, accessing, or using Zevdor Pause, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Zevdor Pause is a voluntary self-control, focus, and digital wellbeing tool. It helps you create a Phone Seal, apply app shields through Apple Screen Time technologies, and step away from your phone.

The app is not a security product, emergency service, medical service, parental monitoring service, or guaranteed device lock. You remain responsible for your device use and settings.

Zevdor Pause depends on Apple iOS permissions, Screen Time technologies, Family Controls, Device Activity, Managed Settings, notifications, StoreKit, and other iOS behavior. Some system apps, phone calls, emergency functions, or iOS features may not be blocked or may behave differently than third-party apps.

Apple may change iOS behavior, permissions, or APIs. We may update the app to adapt to these changes, but we cannot guarantee that every seal will block every app or website in every situation.

Before starting a Phone Seal, you should review your allowed apps and make sure essential tools remain available for your situation, such as phone access, maps, messages, banking, work tools, or other tools you may need.

Do not use Zevdor Pause in a way that creates unsafe conditions or prevents you from accessing important services when needed.

Zevdor Pause may offer optional paid subscriptions, including Zevdor Pause Pro. Subscription prices, available plans, trial availability, and renewal terms are shown in the app before purchase.

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled according to Apple App Store rules. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings.

Refund requests are handled by Apple according to Apple policies.

Zevdor Pause is designed without third-party advertising tracking. We do not sell user data. See the Privacy Policy for more details about how information is handled.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app, including free or paid features, where appropriate. We may also update these Terms of Use. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the updated terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Railing Design & Services Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Zevdor Pause.

The app is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or perfect blocking performance.
